Formmail Configuration Tool

Cheeky Monkey Hosting clients can use the following tool to create a simple online form that can be used to send its contents to an email address using our Formmail script.

  • The Formmail script is automatically installed and pre-configured on every Cheeky Monkey Hosting account.

Copy and paste the following code into a new web page.  This should be copied into the <BODY> of your page.  You'll also need to make a few tweaks to the html code:

Recipient: Edit the recipient email address to where you wish the contents of your form to be sent.  Please note, mail will only be sent to an address at the domain name where your Formmail script is hosted.

Subject: This is the subject that is shown on the email which is sent.

Redirect: This is the page that should be displayed after the form has been submitted. You need to specify the whole address.

Select All

Save the page and upload it to your site.  You have just created a simple online form that sends its content to the specified email address.

Additional form fields can be added depending on your requirements.
