Client Request to Restore Site from Backup

All Cheeky Monkey Hosting clients are encouraged to regularly backup their hosted site.  In addition to keeping a copy of your original website on your own computer, there is a Backup/Restore function within your Ensim Control Panel to assist you in your backup process.  Support with how to use this feature is detailed in the Ensim Pro Documentation.

Unfortunately, sometimes customers lose their only backup and a site restore from our Data Centre is needed.  Our Data Centre makes daily server backups of all hosted sites for this purpose.
